Please be aware that we generally adhere to a strict no-refund policy to maintain the quality and consistency of our products. Unless otherwise specified in an agreement with USMLEResources, refunds, cancellations, or changes to subscriptions are not permitted.

General Refund Policy

USMLEResources evaluates all refund requests on a case-by-case basis for products purchased directly from us. Each request is independently reviewed, and the outcome will be determined based on the specific circumstances. Please note that all refund decisions made by USMLEResources are final.

Refund Time Frame:

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Eligibility:

Users may request a refund within 24 hours of activating any subscription.
To be eligible for a refund, contact our support and make them aware of the reasons why you are requesting for refund, provide any screenshots, videos or other evidence(if applicable).

Product Usage threshold:

User may not be able to request for a refund if they have used ≥ 30% from our resources database or have launched any of the other resources.

Cancellation Fees:

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price or a minimum of $10 and any fee applicable by stripe or platform used for payment may apply to all refund requests to cover administrative and processing costs.

Technical Issues:

USMLEResources Offers refunds to customers who experience persistent technical issues that prevent them from accessing or using the subscription service effectively, despite troubleshooting efforts. Please note that this applies only to if you follow the standard procedure set by USMLEResources for refund process. Contact our support center before requesting for refund.

Discretionary Refunds:

USMLEResources reserves the right to provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases where customers may not meet the standard eligibility criteria but have valid reasons for requesting a refund. Refunds may be granted under special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or job loss, that prevent customers from continuing to use the subscription service.

Unauthorized Purchases:

USMLEResources takes refund requests for unauthorized purchases very seriously. We understand the importance of protecting our customers’ accounts and funds. In the event of an unauthorized purchase, we employ advanced fraud detection tools, including Stripe Radar, to investigate and verify the transaction. If we confirm that an unauthorized purchase has occurred, we promptly issue a refund to the affected customer’s.

That’s why we’ve partnered with Stripe, a leading online payment processor known for its cutting-edge security features. Duplicate Purchases:

For duplicate purchases, we understand the inconvenience it may cause and are committed to resolving the issue promptly. If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate purchase of our subscription services, they can rest assured that we have measures in place to address the situation. Upon notification from the customer regarding the duplicate purchase, our support team will verify the duplicate transaction and promptly initiate a refund for the duplicate charge. We understand the importance of financial integrity and strive to ensure that our customers are not unfairly charged for duplicate purchases.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Agreement or at the sole discretion of USMLEResources, refunds, cancellations, or changes to subscriptions will not be permitted. USMLEResources reserves the right to deny any refund if the consumer is found to be acting contrary to the interests of USMLEResources in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Partial refund policy:

Partial refunds may be considered under certain circumstances at the discretion of USMLEResources. These circumstances may include but are not limited to:

Service Disruptions: In the event of prolonged service disruptions or technical issues that significantly impede a customer’s ability to access and utilize our subscription services, a partial refund may be provided for the affected period.

Unsatisfactory Service Quality: If a customer experiences persistent issues or dissatisfaction with the quality of our subscription services, a partial refund may be offered as compensation for the inconvenience.

Inadvertent Overpayment: In cases where a customer inadvertently pays more than the specified subscription fee, a partial refund may be issued to rectify the overpayment.

Change in Subscription Plan: If a customer wishes to downgrade their subscription plan to a lower tier with reduced features or content, a partial refund may be provided for the price difference between the two plans.

It is important to note that the eligibility for partial refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and USMLEResources reserves the right to determine the applicability of such refunds based on the specific circumstances of each case. Additionally, any refunds granted will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Initiating a Return Request:
Customers wishing to initiate a return for their USMLEResources subscription must first contact our customer support team via email or through the designated contact form on our website. The return request should include the customer’s name, subscription details, reason for return, and any relevant documentation.
Evaluation of Return Request: Upon receiving the return request, our customer support team will review the provided information to assess the eligibility for a return. This evaluation will consider factors such as the subscription duration, usage, and adherence to our refund policy.

Refund processing time:

At USMLEResources, we understand the importance of timely refunds. Our standard refund processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days for refunds processed through our payment platform, Stripe. Please note that actual processing times may vary based on individual circumstances and payment methods.
